PT (various day, evening and weekend shifts) Mental Health Practitioner position available as part of a 24/7 crisis program in Coon Rapids.
Duties:
This individual will provide clinical assessments, interventions & develop/implement crisis plans. Provide phone triage for adults, children, & families experiencing a mental health crisis. Manage adult residential crisis clients and maintain residential premises. |

| Education, training, experience: |
| MSW/MA in social work, psychology, or related field required, experience with children & adolescents desired. You must also have current & valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and reliable vehicle. |
