| As the Health Promotion Specialist you will support and resolve member issues with the UCan! UCare Activity Network. You will maintain daily operations of Senior Wellness Health Promotion programs by responding to member, provider and external customer inquiries; sending information to members, providers, and external customers; verifying member eligibility; problem solving, resolution, and documentation for UCan! participation issues. The HP Specialist will also collaborate with contracted fitness club networks, contracted EnhanceFitness instructors, and "Do It Yourself" Kit and equipment vendors, to resolve problems, and provide accurate, timely responses to assure optimum service for UCare for Seniors and UCare Secure members. |

| Education, training, experience: |
This position requires 3 years experience coordinating multiple and complex projects, preferably in a healthcare environment, 1 year experience in wellness or health related field and 1 year experience working with computer software programs, including database, spreadsheet, and standard office programs.
Associate degree in wellness or other health related field is required. |
